Ukrainian bank's lawyer on decree: One could interpret it as a government seizing the assets of a foreign state institution, which would be a first in legal history

In commenting on the Hungarian government's decree issued overnight, Oschadbank's lawyer said that the Ukrainian shipment complied with all regulations and that all documentation had been handed over to the Hungarian authorities at the time of seizure.
