Members of several EU governments met with activists of Hungarian NGOs on sidelines of their Budapest meeting

According to the Hungarian EU Affairs Minister, the first autumn meeting of the Council of Ministers, held in Budapest, was not marked by a spirit of boycott. His Luxembourg counterpart said he had wanted to ask Bóka if he was going to Moscow the next day.
