Hungarian Constitutional Court rules that the way Academy of Sciences' research network was taken away violates property rights

The panel found that the establishment of the Eötvös Loránd Research Network was in breach of the Fundamental Law by omission, but it did not annul the law. The institution, which is detached from the MTA, can continue to operate.
